About this tool
Cropping cuts an image down to the region you want — to remove borders, focus on a subject or hit a required shape. Drag the selection to move it and drag the handle to resize it.
The crop is computed on a canvas in your browser, so the image is never uploaded.
How to use it
- Add an image.
- Drag the selection box to position it.
- Drag the bottom-right handle to resize the selection.
- Click Crop Image and download.
Common problems
- The crop is lower resolution than expected.
- The preview is scaled to fit the screen, but the crop is taken from the full-resolution image, so the output matches the original's pixel density.
